Farnum Hill - Kingston Black     Farnum Hill/Poverty lane Orchards    Lebanon, NH    Single Variety, golden, still, dray, muscmelon (?)     8.5    Still, dry, golden, and a little sour. This is the best single variety Kingston Black out there and it retains that Farnum Hill flavor. Nothing to complain about! Very tasty.     5.5/6 apples

Cryptic description on the website  "acid, bitter, fruity, and woodsy notes that carry into the finish."    "7.5"    Light and dry without too much puckering flavor. Excellent apple flavor. refreshing. (Second bottle: excellent carbonation and just an edge of tart and sweet over the delicious base blend)    5/6 apples

Foggy Ridge - Sweet Stayman    Foggy Ridge Cider    Dugspur, VA    Blend of Stayman (winesap) with newtown pippin and cox's orange.     7    Sweet! Light carbonation with a very crisp sweet fully ripe juice flavor. Tastes like a fancy sparkling apple juice. Has a rustic authenticity that comes from Basque and various homebrew projects. J.K.'s Northern Neighbor-Farmhouse Cider-Saskatoon Cuvee'    Almar Orchards    Flushing, MI    Michigan apples with the addition of canadian prairie saskatoon apples. traditional unfiltered.    5.5    sweet! dark amber red cider with a nice light carbonation but no, zero, variance from the spiced sweet flavor.     1/6 apples

Sarasola    Sidreria Sarasola    Asteasu, Guipúzcoa, Spain     Basque cider- "100" apple juice"    6    really great basque cider with the typical light carbonation, dryness, and just the hint of funkiness with the yeast dregs in the bottom of the bottle. I haven't mastered the high pour yet...    4/6 apples   

UFF - Dry Cidah    Urban Farm Fermentory    Portland, Maine    wild fermented dry maine apples    6.8    basque/crab apple sour with mild to light carbonation. this cider has varied a lot with different tastings. often very sour citrus. lime juice.    2/6 apples   

West County Cider -  Baldwin    West County Cider    Colrain, Massachusetts    Baldwin Varietal cider. "Well rounded" meaning sweet and dry    5.4    Delicious caramel sweetness. Very refreshing and overall excellent cider.     5/6 apples    www.westcountycider.com/

West County Cider - Pippin Cider    West County Cider    Colrain, Massachusetts    A crisp, dry, cider made from select pippin (seedling) varietals. possible seedlings or misnomers of tremletts bitter and yarlington.     5.7    Excellent dry cider with sour notes from the apple selection.     4/6 apples
